Triniteam Inc. was founded by Sister Claire Marie Wick, a Franciscan nun working as a music therapist at Sacred Hospital in Eau Claire. She saw unmet needs in the community and in 1973 organized a small group of volunteers to help people who might otherwise be isolated. Sister Claire called the program "Triniteam", which provided visitation for jail inmates and social events for the elderly. In 1977 Triniteam was incorporated as a not-for-profit social services organization and grew to provide a wide variety of services.
Triniteam Inc. has provided services in eight different Wisconsin counties, and has also developed projects in Kenya bringing clean water to those who might otherwise be without it.
